Roles and Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
● Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer
base and ensures its strong presence.
● Oversee the recruitment, setting of objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring
of sales representatives.
● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with
clients and understanding their needs.
● Present sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team.
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products
and competition status.
● Manage business set-ups/incorporations in UAE (onshore, offshore, and free zones).
● Handle ongoing company law compliance, company amendments, and dissolution.
● Coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal for
clients.
● Manage routine correspondence with existing clients daily and provide precise,
up-to-date information to new clients regarding their company setup options in the
UAE.
● Ensure that the most suitable and cost-effective options are offered to our clients in
line with their requirements and company policies/procedures.
● Develop and manage key relationships with major clients and expand them further.
● Coordinate post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting,
bookkeeping, and immigration-related services.
● Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients as required.
● Maintain accurate, complete, and secure client records and documentation.
● Develop a deep understanding of UAE rules, regulations, and practices relevant to
your responsibilities.
● Ensure a high level of confidentiality regarding client and company information
