Client Relationship Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Location: Dubai

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and experienced CRM Executive to join our business setup industry in Dubai. As a CRM Executive, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, manage their accounts, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
Visa Processing:
Process and renew work visas, residence permits, and labour cards for employees.

Labor Contracts:
Prepare and manage labour contracts in compliance with local labour laws.
Ensure timely renewal and updates of labour contracts as required.

Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all employee documentation is current and compliant with labour and immigration regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee documents, including passports, visas, and labour contracts.

Government Liaison:
Act as a point of contact between the company and labour/immigration authorities.
Facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues related to labour and immigration matters.

Employee Relations:
Assist employees with labour-related queries and support them during the visa and documentation process.
Ensure employees are informed of any changes in labour laws and regulations.

Reporting and Updates:
Keep management updated on the status of visa applications, renewals, and other labor-related activities.
Provide regular reports on compliance and labor-related matters.

Other Administrative Tasks:
Assist with other administrative tasks as required, including document attestation, company licensing, and other PRO-related services.
Handle visa applications, cancellations, and other related formalities with the relevant government authorities.
